East Detective Division is asking for the public’s assistance to identify and locate the suspects for a robbery in Fishtown
On December 20, 2014, at 1:30 am, the complainant, a 28 year-old male, was walking home on the 23xx block of East Norris Street when he was approached by a group of unknown males when an argument began. When the argument turned physical the complainant was punched, kicked and struck with a trash can. During the incident the complainant lost his car keys to his 2009 Volkswagen Passat. A short time later the suspects returned to the location taking the complainant’s vehicle. Surveillance video depicts the suspect exiting a property on the 23xx block of East Norris. The complainant suffered minor scrapes and bruising and was transported to Pennsylvania hospital where he was treated.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: White male, 18 years-of-age, 5’7, thin build, 165 lbs., brown hair and a beard.

Suspect #3: White male, 18 years-of-age, 6’1″, stocky build, wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
