East Detective Division is looking to asking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect responsible for a theft in Richmond.
On December 8, 2014, at 6:20 pm, the complainant, a 55 year-old female, reported that an unknown person withdrew $570 from her account using her debit card at a Bank Of America ATM located at 1841 East Allegheny Avenue after an unknown person(s) took her card in an unknown manner.
Suspect Description: Black male, 40-50 years-of-age, wearing a black coat, tan & black Fedora hat, ripped jeans, and white sneakers.
