Northwest Detective Division is looking to identify and locate the suspect who robbed Maytag Laundry in Olney.
On Friday, September 12, 2014, at 6:07 pm, an unknown male entered Maytag Landry located at 5522 Rising Sun Avenue through the rear door armed with a handgun. While inside the suspect pointed the handgun at an employee, a 50 year-old male, stating “go get the money.” Once the suspect gave the employee a plastic bag he filled the bag with Approximately $200 then gave it to the suspect. The suspect then fled on foot and was last seen north on 5th Street.
Suspect Description: White or Latino male, 20-30 years-of-age, 5’9″, 170 lbs., stocky build, light complected, short hair, wearing a black baseball cap, white t-shirt, dark colored pants, with his face covered with a black bandana.
